What Gramps Wouldn't Do!

I'm not sure there wasn't anything Gramps (Gerald Ray--Bud--Leonard) wouldn't do for his grandchildren.  When I was going to school at BYU (Brigham Young University) I would often visit my grandparents on the week-end.  Gramps would drive (that Cadillac!) all the way from Salt Lake to Provo to pick me up and then drive me back on Saturday or Sunday.  That meant four trips back and forth within just a couple of days.  It wasn't until I got older that I realized what a sacrifice that was--in both time and money.  It even required more time because Gramps refused to drive on the freeway so the trip back and forth was the State Street route all the way.
